What is immediate implant loading?
In certain cases we can put a tooth or denture on the implants the same day your teeth are taken out and the implant or implants are placed. Using certain oral surgeons we work closely with, you can have the extraction and implant placed at the same time. After that procedure, you would come to to our office and we would place the restoration so you would not have to have any time without a tooth. We can usually do this procedure with most anterior teeth and dentures.
